One thing that makes me stand out with my clients, is being able to handle a transaction for them while they reside in another state or country. Since Scottsdale is a destination, we deal with a heavy load of 2nd home buyers and it’s very important that the agent you choose can negotiate through all the different aspects of a transaction while you are away. Here’s a recent letter from some wonderful Canadian clients that just closed on a condo in the Sienna Condominiums.

We would like to thank Greg for his help in our recent purchase of a condo in the Scottsdale area. Although we had been in several units in the gated community we finally bought in, we had never been in the unit we eventually purchased. Greg knew what we were looking for, and noticing this unit while checking on the internet from home in Canada, we asked him to take a look at it and give us his opinion on whether it would suit us. He said that it fitted right in with our criteria and after looking at some pictures of the unit we put in an offer.

This was a short sale transaction and took about 10 and a half months to complete.

We were starting to run out of patience  and Greg had to kind of settle us down a time or two. Greg steered us through all the little pitfalls of the US real estate system.
